Deloitte wanted to support the growth of its firm globally by leveraging strong client relationships, mirroring their clients’ regional footprints, and taking advantage of the increased scale and scope of capabilities.
Dave Stewart spoke on creativity and innovative thinking and a Knowledge Exchange fostered relationships and allowed discovery time where delegates could share their key initiatives and best practice. A deliberately open agenda generated space within which dialogue and new connections could flourish.
Quality of thinking, of structure of design, of delivery and of detail was important throughout. The expectation was for delegates to break the mould and to really extend themselves, to enable them to do something different or better.
